A FEW IMPORTANT POLICIES

Here at A-Z Family Chiropractic Clinic, we understand sudden, unforeseen events can arise in everyone’s lives. However, out of respect for our practitioners and patients, we ask that patients try their best not to abandon, cancel or rearrange their appointments last minute. It is our commitment to you as our patient that you have an exceptional experience here at A-Z Family Chiropractic Clinic and out of consideration for our practitioners and patients, we have adopted the following office policies:

ARRIVAL AT THE OFFICE

Please arrive to your Initial Visit 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time so that you may have time to complete the intake forms if not already done so and prepare for your treatment/session. In addition to this, please arrive on time for your subsequent visits to ensure you will receive your complete session.

TARDY POLICY

In respect and consideration to our patients here at A-Z Family Chiropractic Clinic, if you arrive late, your treatment session will be shortened to the remaining time left from your originally booked appointment. For example, if you had a 30-minute appointment booked and arrive 10 minutes late, your appointment would run the remaining 20 minutes to prevent any impact on the next patients booking. This policy is in place to respect all patients equally and provide all patients the time and care they expect.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Here at A-Z Family Chiropractic Clinic, we have a strict 24-hour notice cancellation policy. Unless it is an emergency, Failure to comply will result in your appointment being charged at half the price of the normal cost, however, if its a consultation the full amount will be charged.
